From the motorway A8, take the exit Castronno. At the very first roundabout turn left (following for Varese and Gazzada). Take the first turn to the right, go under the bridge of the railway and reach the top of the hill. Keep going ahead untill you are forced to turn right due to a one-way road. Down the small hill you find the gym.

From the parking follow the instruction in the image below to take the right doors (we are downstairs).
